The official launch of the initiative \u201cCon Vos y Educaci\u00f3n\u201d took place\u2014an important collective effort born from the commitment of Plan International El Salvador, the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy (NIMD), and the European Union, \"\ud83c\uddea\ud83c\uddfa\"in partnership with local actors, to promote access to comprehensive, inclusive, and transformative education in rural communities of the country.<\/span><\/p>

\"\ud83e\udd1d\" \ud83e\udd1d As part of this launch, a collaboration agreement was signed, reaffirming the commitment to build spaces where adolescents and young people can learn, express themselves, and fully develop, recognizing their voices as key agents of social change.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

In El Salvador, the rate of adolescent pregnancy continue to be one of the most concerning issues for the comprehensive decelopment of girls and adolescents.These figures not only reflect a health reality but also a gap in rights, opportunities, and equity.<\/span><\/p>\n

Girls in action  <\/h3>\n

<\/p>

<\/span>We kicked off the third stage of the \u201cGirls in Action Against Violence\u201d project with strength!<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

On May 6, together with <\/span>AHF El Salvador<\/a> , we welcomed 58 girls and adolescents from Santa Marta, Valle Nuevo, El Zapote, El Rodeo, and for the first time, San Felipe\u2014all of whom will be part of this beautiful process aimed at empowering them and strengthening their rights.<\/span><\/p>

During the event, we enjoyed artistic performances, inspiring messages, and the symbolic delivery of pins and personal and school hygiene kits. Upcoming project activities were also announced\u2014including entrepreneurship workshops!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
