We kicked off the third stage of the \u201cGirls in Action Against Violence\u201d project with strength!<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

On May 6, together with <\/span>AHF El Salvador<\/a> , we welcomed 58 girls and adolescents from Santa Marta, Valle Nuevo, El Zapote, El Rodeo, and for the first time, San Felipe\u2014all of whom will be part of this beautiful process aimed at empowering them and strengthening their rights.<\/span><\/p>

During the event, we enjoyed artistic performances, inspiring messages, and the symbolic delivery of pins and personal and school hygiene kits. Upcoming project activities were also announced\u2014including entrepreneurship workshops!<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

We thank the mothers, fathers, communities, and organizations that accompanied us. This is another step towards a future with more opportunities and less violence for our girls.<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

International Menstrual Hygiene Day<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n

On the occasion of International Menstrual Hygiene Day, celebrated every May 28th, the CoCoSI Association, in coordination with AHF, commemorated this important date under the theme: \u201cTogether for a menstruation-friendly world.\u201d<\/span><\/p>

The activity featured the participation of 50 girls from the Chicas en Acci\u00f3n project, coming from the communities of Santa Marta, El Rodeo, Valle Nuevo, and San Felipe.<\/span><\/p>

During the event, artistic presentations, recreational activities, and informational interventions were held to demystify menstruation and promote a culture of respect and care. As part of the celebration, menstrual hygiene kits were distributed to each participant.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
