One step closer to a transformative education with youth voice and leadership!
The official launch of the initiative “Con Vos y Educación” took place—an important collective effort born from the commitment of Plan International El Salvador, the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy (NIMD), and the European Union, 
in partnership with local actors, to promote access to comprehensive, inclusive, and transformative education in rural communities of the country.
🤝 As part of this launch, a collaboration agreement was signed, reaffirming the commitment to build spaces where adolescents and young people can learn, express themselves, and fully develop, recognizing their voices as key agents of social change.
🎉 The initiative “Con Vos y Educación” also becomes a youth communication campaign, which will be designed and executed by adolescents and young people from the community of Santa Marta, Cabañas, who will bring their creativity and commitment to the streets, radios, and social media of their communities.
🔊 Among the actions included in this campaign are:
🎙️ Production of radio programs focused on themes of rights, sexual and reproductive health, youth leadership, and transformative education.
📢 Educational radio spots designed to inform and reflect on issues affecting youth.
📹 Creative video contest, where young people will express their ideas, proposals, and dreams through audiovisual art.
⚽ Community soccer gatherings, not only as recreational spaces but also as opportunities to discuss new masculinities, teamwork, and peaceful conflict resolution.
💬 This campaign represents an opportunity for youth to not only be beneficiaries but also active protagonists of change in their communities. It is a call to break barriers, think critically, and dream of an education that empowers, protects, and transforms realities.
